About Us   

Our mission: to empower victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11 toward a healthy recovery.

Objectives: To identify and inform, educate, and support all 1) people in the state of Pennsylvania who were directly affected or have immediate family who were directly affected by the catastrophic events of September 11, or 2) families of victims on Flight 93 that crashed in Somerset County, regardless of their geographic location.

The PASept11.Victim Assistance Program and services is being implemented by NOVA (The Network of Victim Assistance for Bucks County, PA).

Staff Support: A staff of professionals provides one-on-one support for the physical, emotional, and financial needs of victims via a 24-hours per day, 7-days per week help line and personal visits. Spouses, children, parents, grandparents, and significant others are all eligible for assistance.

Founded in 1974, NOVA is a non-profit 501 (c) (3), community-based organization. Services are made possible through the financial support of federal, state, and local government grants and contracts, United Way of Bucks County, corporations, foundations, and private donations. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.
